The Gym for Her isn’t just about fitness. We are friends, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, and apart of our community. We annually participate in the Flushing area community events such as the annual Christmas Candlewalk, Summerfest and Harvestfest to name a few. We celebrate with our members and community during their good times and support them during their challenging times. When a member was diagnosed with cancer, we came together as a family to support and help them by sponsoring a Breast Cancer Awareness walk. We support our local youth involved in the Boy & Girl Scouts of America, and team up with other local businesses to help with fundraisers whenever we can.
