The Gym For Her is a community for women to have a space to exercise, take part in fitness classes, and learn about health and wellness in a comfortable environment.

Whether you are an experienced work out enthusiast, weekend warrior, or brand new to working out, we are the gym for you! With over 17 years experience in the fitness industry, we have the knowledge and experience to fit every need. Meet some of our friendly and enthusiastic coaches.

Looking for a fun, comfortable, female-focused gym? The Gym for Her offers popular classes such as Drums Alive, Zumba, Kettlebell, Spinning and much more, all taught by certified instructors. We have something to fit each ladies' specific needs!

Drums Alive

Combining music and rhythm with a great upper-body focused workout, Drums Alive is a fun, engaging workout. This workout is challenging not only physically, but mentally, and it is an outstanding class for anyone with lower body restrictions.

Zumba

Love to dance and work out at the same time? This class is a mixture of fun, dance inspired movements designed to get you sweating and having fun at the same time. Our certified Zumba instructors will make sure you don't miss a beat in this very popular workout class!

Spinning

Hop on one of our specially designed indoor cycles and join our group cycling course. This group course is led by a certified coach for a fun, effective workout. Pedal along to the beat, burn calories and get in shape while having fun with friends!
